I am from Utah and there is a very high concentration of resorts in a short distance. Park City has a handfull and there is another handfull just up the canyons out of the SLC valley. There is probably 10 within an hour from the 2 furthest away. I always see that different resorts are hiring for different positions from lift operators to restaurant help. I’m not sure which ones have lodging included in with the job opportunities. I do know that they all offer that great perk of free or greatly discounted lift passes so that sounds like your main objective is covered. Also some of the Mountains are affiliated with others so even though you only work at 1, you might be able to ride 2 or 3 others with your free lift passes. I would have to recommend just doing a search to get the different resorts info and calling them up and see what they have to offer. Plus, Utah has the greatest snow on earth.
