Ski resort job in the USA?

Hi, I am trying to get my Green card at the moment in the states. I thought I could try and get a job in a ski resort. Does anyone know any resorts that still hire applicants with a H2B visa

Do student skiing jobs cover all the costs of skiing/travel/living while you are there?

Is it possible as a 19 year old to find a job at a ski resort which would cover the costs of ski hire/purchase, lift passes, living costs and travel costs?
