Maybe you can check out this site if you are really interested about ski resorts. This is a good place to start for you.

Look up the individual resorts on the internet and contact their human resources departments. This might also involve using the phone at times.

Look south of the equator. There’s not much open in Alaska in the summer. Heli & Cat operations go on but most of the resorts close down. It’s not as cold there as most people believe it is. If resorts are open, they are operating on a skeleton crew and most likely won’t need imported help.

are there even any alaskan resorts open all year? You know, it’s still like 50-60F there, it’s not eternal winter

You need to try the New Zealand resorts or Australia. Unless you are fluent in Spanish as spoken in Argentina or Chile. Most of the North America and northern hemisphere resorts are shut down and the few that are operating have crews from their winter staff. The winter staff from other resorts are also trying for the few jobs left as lift operators. Check Willie D answer, and there are some trail maintenance jobs and painting lift towers at many resorts during the summer. Good luck, have fun.
